Tell us exactly what you’re looking for — brand, model, reference number, preferred condition, and any must-have features (e.g., box & papers, specific year, bracelet style, etc.). The more details you provide, the better we can deliver.

2. Receive a Sourcing Plan

Within 24–72 hours, we’ll reach out with a sourcing proposal including availability, estimated price range, and current market conditions for the piece you’re seeking.

3. Pay a Sourcing Deposit

To begin the sourcing process, we require a fully refundable deposit of $500–$1,000, depending on the piece. This ensures serious intent and allows us to move quickly with our dealer network.

Note: This deposit is applied toward your final purchase price and is fully refundable if we are unable to source your watch within the agreed timeframe.

4. Sourcing Timeline

Most watches are sourced within 7–14 business days. For rare or high-demand pieces, it may take up to 30 days. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

5. Final Approval & Payment

Once we locate your watch, we’ll provide high-res photos, condition reports, and a final invoice. Upon your approval and full payment, we’ll securely ship the watch directly to you with full insurance and tracking.
